Mix oatmeal cookies


One. Cashews 3/4 cup.
Second. 2 cup all-purpose flour.
Three. 1 teaspoon salt.
4th. Baking powder 2 tsp.
Five. Soda 1 tsp.
6. 2 cup oats.
7th. 2 teaspoon vanilla.
Eight. Evaporated milk 2 tbsp.
9th. Shortening 1 cup.
10th. Brown sugar 3/4 cup.
11th. Refined sugar 3/4 cup.
12th. 2 eggs.

How do

One. Roasted cashew nuts and grind the yellow grain. Sift flour with baking powder and soda, salt, oatmeal, and a second time to grind the cashews to a powder. Use a rubber spatula to thoroughly and set aside the vanilla into the milk evaporates. Then stored in the refrigerator.
Two. Beat butter at high speed until creamy. Both types of sugar to beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a bubble. Beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes, add flour mixed with oatmeal.
