Cake yogurt healthy

 

 

Ingredients (10) Preparation time 15 minutes Cooking time 40 minutes.

1 cup of unsalted butter (125 grams).
Crush sugar 1 1/3 cups (200 grams).
2 eggs.
Natural yoghurt 1 cup (250 grams).
3 tablespoons lemon water.
Shredded lemon skin 1 goal.
All-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups (270 grams).
Baking powder 1 tablespoon (15 grams).
Baking soda 1/2 tsp.

Lemon syrup mixture.

Sugar 1/3 cup (55 grams).
Water 1/2 cup (125 mL).
3 tablespoons lemon water.
1 lemon, cut into long strips the skin.

How do

Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix until the butter is fluffy mashed white. Add the eggs one by one into the beaten eggs and mix well and set aside.
Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda together and set aside Mix the yogurt and lemon skin compatibility. Of the flour mixture and yogurt mixture into the butter, the yolks. Beat the mixture is homogeneous.
Spoon mixture into a cup (for muffins) about 3/4 of a lead into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes at the end of a sharp stick poked view. Without that piece of cake is not cooked.
Put all ingredients into a pot of lemon syrup, bring to boil, then turn down the power to dissolve sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, then pour the hot cake and set aside for about 10 minutes, scoop cake out of print. Serve with dark tea will taste good.

H & C Tips.

If using a silicone baking to add a little more baking time. Because silicone is less conductive than metal.
The baked cake is cooked, juicy and quite a bit heavier. Observation requires very little in the process of baking a cake is cooked. I even cooked snack chips snacks, but also may end up the same.
