Roll the dough mixture.
4 egg yolks.
Sugar 1/3 cup.

How to roll dough.
Beat egg yolks with sugar 1/3 cup sugar until dissolved and swells up like cream Beat egg whites with sugar 1/2 cup soft peaks. Then pour the mixture together gently and convincingly.
Gradually add flour and vanilla. Convincingly smooth and homogeneous light.

How to make yogurt cream
Mix whipping cream and yogurt. Beat until fluffy (but not fluffy as whipped cream, ice cream eaten with a squeeze), I mix a little pink is beautiful. Stir well and refrigerate to set.
